I am writing for assistance with a hound rescue/transport. My sister picked up this sweet, dumped Plott hound in Apalachicola Florida on Saturday, May 4th. It just jumped in their truck when running in the highway by the woods. The shelter isn't taking dogs, and animal control says they will hold 4 days and euthanize.
