Gloria was pulled just hours before schedule euthanasia at a Los Angelos Dog Shelter. When dispatch picked her up, she was tied to a pole in a busy intersection with abrasions all over her hind legs, hind limb paralysis, and multiple mammary tumors. She is currently in temporary foster in Encino, CA. I am trying to get her to my rescue in Illinois City, IL or somewhere close whereby I can drive and pick her up.
