Details: I am near this shelter with 501C3 rights to pull. I can pull dog and get to an airport close by if you can get a pilot. Alternatively I can pull and transport by car for a couple hours.
Destination: Fredericksburg, VA
1 senior chihuahua. We are trying to get a plan together for rescue.
