Volunteer pilots Paul Mamauag and MacKenzie Brendlen took to the skies on another life-changing rescue mission when they flew 9 lucky pups from Baton Rouge, LA to Maryland. Now, these dogs will be one step closer to finding their forever homes.
The dogs had been receiving care at a care and rehabilitation center operated by the Humane World for Animals. When they are ready for placement, they will be transferred to nearby shelter and rescue partners.
