A Plane FULL of FUR!
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! 30 dogs and 5 cats took their Freedom Ride on February 1 with our volunteer pilots, Viking and Jason. All of these animals came from Pet Orphans Miami, an organization that rescues animals abandoned throughout southern Florida, and the Saint Francis Animal Center located in Georgetown, SC. Sunny skies and warmer temperatures provided the perfect backdrop for a gorgeous day to rescue animals! Thanks to our rescue partners up north for stepping up and agreeing to help these fur babies find new homes - Mt Pleasant Animal Shelter, Happy Homes Animal Rescue, Freedom First Rescue, Eleventh Hour Rescue and Toby's Dream Dog.
