4 dogs and 14 cats got a new leash on life on Tuesday, January 28 when PTTR's ground transport team headed to Southern Pines, North Carolina. These fur babies are coming from It Takes A Village Rescue in North Carolina and multiple shelters across southeast North Carolina. They are headed north to two incredible receiving rescues that will help them find loving forever homes!
First stop: Yonkers, NY, where our friends at Long Road Home Rescue, Inc will be welcoming Trooper, a 35-40 lb pup ready for his second chance. Final stop is in Millbury, MA, where Cape Ann Animal Aid will greet 14 cats and 3 puppies as they take the next step toward adoption!
